Terms of Service
Welcome to Furniture Plus! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the policies and procedures that apply to your use of our website, products, and services. By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Delivery Policy
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- A responsible party must be present to accept delivery and pay the remaining balance. Failure to do so may result in additional re-delivery charges.
- Deliveries to unsafe or inaccessible locations may be refused. Any additional costs for hoisting, dismantling doors/windows, or similar unforeseen situations will be billed to the client.
- A signed delivery receipt acknowledges complete delivery unless otherwise noted.
- While our team takes great care, we are not liable for damages to walls, floors, paint, or fixtures during delivery or installation.
2. Cancellation and Returns
- Orders can be canceled within three (3) business days unless the customer waives this right.
- All cancellations and returns require original packaging and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the client’s responsibility.
- Custom, non-stock, or modified pieces cannot be canceled or returned.
3. Product Characteristics
- Due to the natural characteristics of fine wood veneers, exact matches in color or grain cannot be guaranteed.
- Products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Installations also carry a one-year warranty.
- Damaged merchandise must be reported within three (3) days, along with photographs, to info@ultikit.com.
4. Delays and Supply Chain
- We are not responsible for delays caused by war, fire, accidents, labor disputes, material shortages, or other unforeseen events.
- Supply chain issues and product availability may impact project timelines. Cancellation due to delays is not permitted.
5. Permits and Adjustments
- Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits for their projects.
- Adjustments, such as filling gaps between units and ceilings or floors, are not included unless otherwise specified.
6. Payment Terms
- Ownership of all items remains with Furniture Plus until payment is received in full and checks have cleared.
- Overdue accounts will incur an 18% penalty, and clients will be liable for legal and collection fees.
- A deposit is required for materials and installation. Remaining balances are due upon delivery.
7. Sales Tax
- Local and state sales taxes apply unless valid Tax Exempt, Capital Improvement, or Resale Certificates are provided at the time of order.
8. SMS Communications
- By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS updates about your order, delivery, and installation.
- To opt out, reply "STOP" to any message. For assistance, reply "HELP" or contact info@ultikit.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
- Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
